8 bdt Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

All financial transactions on the 8 bdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum limits are set for deposits and withdrawals, which may change in accordance with the platform's guidelines. Processing a withdrawal request may take a certain amount of time, and we reserve the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed. If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Users must maintain honest and fair conduct at all times when participating in any games or betting activities on the platform. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through bots, automation software, hacking, or system manipulation will result in permanent account termination. The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used to determine game outcomes is impartial and verifiable. 8 bdt reserves the right to void any winnings or balances incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. In the event of any gaming-related dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the 8 bdt platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes; however, republishing, selling, or distributing any content is prohibited. No part of the platform may be reverse engineered or decompiled. Permission from the respective owner is mandatory when using third-party content or trademarks. Any intellectual property infringement claims may be reported through our support team, and we will take prompt action.

The 8 bdt platform always strives to ensure uninterrupted service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. The platform is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues. We reserve the right to change service features, pricing, or terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Bangladesh's prevailing laws shall apply in the event of any dispute or complaint.

Spamming, harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior toward other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to steal another user's account information or gain benefits through fraudulent means will result in immediate account termination. Conducting cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or any other harmful activities against the platform is a punishable offense under the law. If an account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, any deposited balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case any existing balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
